Licensed Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT)

Tempe or Mesa · Full-time, day or evening track

Carry an IOP/outpatient caseload, co-facilitate group, and provide individual therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Clinical supervision toward independent licensure available.

Recovery Housing Manager

East Valley · Full-time, live-in option available

Lead a NARR Level 2 or Level 3 residence: resident accountability, drug testing, house meetings, transportation coordination, and crisis response. CPR & Narcan certification provided.

Certified Peer Support Specialist

Tempe, Mesa, or housing sites · Full-time or part-time

Use your lived experience of recovery to support clients across IOP, housing, and alumni programming. AZ Peer Support certification required.

Admissions Coordinator

Tempe (hybrid) · Full-time, weekday hours with on-call rotation

First voice on the line for prospective clients and families. Run insurance verification, clinical pre-screening, and warm hand-offs to clinical staff. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
