How it works

Simple admission process

We've streamlined our admissions process to get you the help you need as quickly as possible. Here's exactly what happens.

  1. 1

    Contact us

Call our admissions line or submit an online inquiry. A licensed intake specialist will answer your questions in 15–20 minutes and recommend a level of care: IOP, outpatient counseling, MAT, or recovery housing.

  2. 2

    Verify insurance

We run benefits and confirm in-network status, deductibles, and any out-of-pocket responsibility within 2 hours — before you commit to anything. Self-pay and sliding-scale options are available too.

  3. 3

    Clinical assessment

A licensed clinician completes a biopsychosocial assessment and psychiatric evaluation (PHQ-9, GAD-7, ASI), and you meet your primary therapist and case manager.

  4. 4

    Start treatment

Often within 24 hours of first contact: orientation, medication reconciliation, recovery-housing room assignment if applicable, and a welcome from the community. Family members get a separate orientation call.
