Maddie Nichols serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NorthSight Recovery, where she leads with a balance of strategic vision, operational precision, and deep commitment to compassionate care. With an extensive background in behavioral health operations, Maddie has dedicated her career to building efficient systems that elevate clinical quality, enhance team performance, and expand access to care.

Dr. Brittany Pierce is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a diverse background spanning correctional, private practice, and inpatient psychiatric settings. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minors in Addiction Counseling and Philosophy, followed by a Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Phoenix.

Gabriella Guerra is a seasoned behavioral health executive with more than two decades of leadership experience advancing integrated care systems and behavioral health reform. Passionate about improving the nation's behavioral health landscape, Gabriella has dedicated her career to designing and implementing programs that enhance access, quality, and sustainability for Arizona's most vulnerable populations.

Teresa brings over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare finance, with extensive expertise in Arizona's Medicaid system. She began her career with the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for Maricopa County after earning her Accounting degree from Arizona State University. Since then, she has successfully led teams across accounting, finance, purchasing, revenue cycle management, human resources, and information technology, building a reputation for operational excellence and fiscal integrity.

Shawn Gallo began his career in the behavioral health field in 1991, shortly after beginning his own journey in recovery. His lived experience shaped a lifelong commitment to helping others navigate the path to sobriety and personal transformation. He became a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in 1994 and has been a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners since the inception of licensure in 2004.
