See all FAQs
How do I get started with treatment?+

Call 800.905.6419 for a brief, confidential assessment. We can typically schedule intake within 24 hours.

What insurance do you accept?+

Most major commercial plans plus Arizona AHCCCS (Mercy Care, Molina, Banner, Arizona Complete Health). Verification is free.

Will my information stay private?+

Yes. Care is protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 — nothing is released without your written, revocable consent.

What's the difference between Level 2 and Level 3 housing?+

Level 3 is highly structured with a live-in manager and enhanced support. Level 2 is peer-led with more independence for residents with sustained stability.
