Connection
Healing happens in relationship. The human connection we form with clients shapes the effort, compassion, and energy we bring every day — for the people we serve, our staff, and our communities.
NorthSight Recovery is an Arizona-owned behavioral health provider serving Tempe, Mesa, and the greater Phoenix area with integrated clinical care, recovery housing, and community partnerships.

Through client-focused care, a stable living environment, community partnerships, and lifelong dedication to recovery, NorthSight Recovery supports individuals as they navigate substance use and mental health challenges — building foundations for lasting change.
NorthSight Recovery — NSR — was founded by a group of individuals who had witnessed or personally experienced the weight of substance use and mental health struggles on individuals, families, and communities. They looked at the existing healthcare system and believed it could be improved.
NSR opened its doors on March 6, 2022. Since then, we've expanded across the East Valley, building out integrated clinics in Tempe and Mesa, a seven-home recovery housing program, and partnerships with universities and the courts.
Substance use disorder doesn't discriminate, and neither should care. We've built our programs to be accessible, flexible, and tailored to the diverse needs of our community — whether you're living with opioid use disorder, co-occurring mental health conditions, or the impact of trauma.
In 2026, NorthSight was independently certified as a Trauma-Informed Organization by Trauma Institute International (TII) — evidence that our trauma-informed commitment lives in our culture, policies, and everyday practice, not just our clinical sessions.
Like the compass of our logo, our CHIP values point the way — for the people we serve, our staff, and our community.
Healing happens in relationship. The human connection we form with clients shapes the effort, compassion, and energy we bring every day — for the people we serve, our staff, and our communities.
Hope is at the forefront of our model. We foster hope in clients' progress, empower staff to dream big, and demonstrate to the community that healthcare can be transformed to meet people's real needs.
To transform healthcare, we have to think beyond the status quo. Our model addresses the social determinants of health, and we partner with technology and academic institutions to improve the delivery and quality of care.
We value formal education and lived experience equally. Our team is constantly evolving to better serve the NorthSight mission, and we challenge clients, staff, and community to keep asking questions and growing.
